绝症？

绝症，不治之症也。
。。。。。。
不知多少年前开始，我的手指甲出现凹凸不平的情况。当时没什么医学常识的我也没太过在意。

直到三年前，情况由一个指甲蔓延之另一个，20个指甲全部沦陷。于是就到普通诊所咨询。

结论：fungus infection， 一种不会人传人但却相当纠缠的病

当时医生介绍我到pharmacy买一种叫loceryl的药来外敷。用后情况就慢慢受控制和转好。

但那药蛮贵的，pharmacy的老板好心的叫我到医院检查和拿药。

就这样，2008年，我就到离家不远的政府医院看病。检查出来的结论也是一样~~fungus infection

但那医院没有loceryl (太贵了)所以配给我一种anti-fungus的白cream。follow up了四次后，

发现那药膏并不适合我， 指甲的情况不好反变差。当时医生说最有效的药是loceryl, 可以的话不妨去外面的pharmacy买。唉，于是我又得花上上百元买药！

。。。。。。
最近我人在医院实习，于是想到和医院买可能比较便宜吧！前两天，我咨询邻座的精神科医生相关买药打折的详情。经他热情地帮我打听后得到的结果就是医院好像没提供loceryl。他也真的很好心， 私下请了他在皮肤专科服务的医生朋友来帮我检查。
。。。。。。
不看没事，一看就不得了。那医生竟说我可能患了牛皮癣！！！
他要我竟快到他的部门做详细检查。时间也约好了， 10月28日。
。。。。。。
忧心，但却不能做什么，特意上网查询相关质料，却也越看越优。
牛皮癣就像一种绝症，难痊愈，需长期治疗。严重的甚至能引发其它并发续而夺命。
。。。。。。
这绝症真的找上我了吗？ 极大的可能 是
我终于了解病人的那种担忧和害怕。这两天的我只要一想起那医生的话，心里难免忧伤。

Many many years ago, I noticed that my finger nails were abnormal (lines cross over nails surface) but I did not give attention to them.

3 years ago, the problem conquered my toenails as well!!! Thus, I checked at clinic and was diagnosed with nails fungus infection. As the clinic don't have suitable medication for me, doctor advised me to buy 'loceryl' at pharmacy.

Loceryl, expensive anti-fungus lacquer!! RM 100+ for 5ml !!

A year later, I sought consultation at government hospital nearby my house. Diagnosis was the same and they offer me an anti-fungus cream to fight my problem. After 4 follow up with the dermatologist, he said the cream might not suitable for me as my condition went down hill. Again, loceryl was suggested (the hospital don't have this). Again~~ Gone my money~~~

Two days ago, when I have my internship at another hospital, I asked my department doctor to check for the lacquer availability and discount. He called to pharmacy but no good news return. Then, he requested his friend, a MO at dermatologist, to advice me.

Bad news, a really bad news, the doctor said: You may have nail proriasis. ==!!

PRORIASIS!!! a hardly cured disease

... ... ... ... ... ...

I was then referred to his department for a detail check up in next two weeks.

Is it true?? no comment, I don't dare to.

But I'm prepare (I have to) if it is true.
